Acronym: Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information & Cyber Security Standard

Mandatory healthcare cybersecurity standard issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Health.

ADHICS V2 applies to all healthcare entities licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It harmonises with ISO 27001 and HIPAA but adds local data-classification, residency and incident-reporting obligations specific to the DoH ecosystem.
