1. Purpose
We want anyone — staff, clients, suppliers, the public — to raise concerns about suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation.
2. What you can report
Fraud, corruption, bribery, conflicts of interest, breach of confidentiality, professional misconduct, harassment, or violation of regulatory obligations.
3. How to report
Email speakup@mastcgroup.com or write to the Chair of the Ethics Committee, MAST Consulting Group, HDS Business Center, JLT, Dubai, UAE. Reports may be anonymous.
4. Protection
MAST prohibits retaliation against anyone raising a good-faith concern. Confidentiality is maintained to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Investigation
Concerns are triaged within 5 business days and investigated by an independent committee. Outcomes are communicated to the reporter where possible.
